Ballistx Diamond Vision Lenses are guaranteed for life from breakage. If for any reason you have a breakage, securely pack your hdspex eyewear, along with original proof of purchase, information containing your name, return address, and telephone number. We will replace the broken lens at our cost. The customer will cover all shipping costs. This guarantee does not extend to the frame the Ballistx Diamond Vision Lens was fit to. Return Policy:
Non-Prescription Products only:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your receipt of shipment and the purchase price will be refunded less a $20 dollar restocking fee per lens or frame, and less shipping, handling and insurance. Any returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Lenses that are scratched will not be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied with your Invoice/bill of sale or other proof of purchase. hdspex recommends shipping your return via a parcel service that allows you to insure and track your shipment; hdspex will not be responsible for any returned item lost in shipping to our offices.
Prescription Lenses:
Prescription lenses will be corrected and returned only in event of error in manufacturing by hdspex. We cannot be responsible for incorrect prescriptions supplied by the customer. If we find the prescription supplied by the customer with the original order matches the lens made, we will not be responsible for a correction. We will correct the lens for our customers with a newly supplied prescription if they wish but a charge will be incurred for the change.

The HD Spex LIFETME LENS WARRANTY: (Non Prescription)
As our lenses are made of a bullet-proof lens material, they are extremely resilient to everyday use. However, if something scratches the surface with any degree of significance, simply return the lens and we will replace it according to the following replacement schedule:

Replacement of System Lenses* :
a. Panther Post Lens - $60
b. Panther No Post Lens - $65
c. Sebring Lenses (one LTM) - $65
d. Sport Wrap Paired Lenses - $65
e. Classic Paired Lenses - $65
*This program applies to Plano lenses only.
Polarized lenses add $10 to cost for replacement.
The Lens Warranty program for Sport Rx Prescription Lenses is $225 per pair. Changes in your prescription does not qualify for replacement.
To qualify for the lens replacement program, you must return the lens that you wish to have replaced directly to hdspex. If you do not return the lens, you will not receive the warranty claim. Please DO NOT return the lens to a dealer or retail store for the lens warranty claim. The lens must be mailed DIRECTLY to hdspex.

HD Spex Frame Warrantee:
All hdspex frames are warranteed against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, at hdspex discretion, for one year from date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use. To make a warranty claim during the warranty period, securely pack your hdspex eyewear, along with original proof of purchase, information containing your name, return address, telephone number and return the product with a return authorization number received from hdspex.
If a frame is returned under the warrantee policy, hdspex reserves the right to replace the frame with a frame of similar value if the returned frame is no longer available.
Repairs:
HD Spex maintains a repair department. Customers requiring repair to Spex should return the spex to:

Please include the original bill of sale and a note as to what is being required of the repair. Please include a phone number so a technician can call if required.
All repair costs is applicable will be detailed prior to any repair.
Shipping Policy:
hdspex uses Federal Express for all shipping. All online orders will leave hdspex within 48 hours of receiving an order. If next day shipping is required additional charges will be added to the bill.
The following is the schedule of shipping related charges.
Domestic: All Ground Orders - $15
Domestic Next Day- $45
Domestic 2 Day - $30
International Orders - $65 for shipping and insurance up to $1000. Orders over $1000 will be assessed an additional shipping charge depending on final destination. Please provide a email contact in the ordering process so hdspex may confirm the final shipping cost for the customers approval.
